・Project Coordinator Intern (EMEA)
6-month internship based out of Amsterdam (remote + onsite), joining the Sales & Delivery Programs team. Working with Product stakeholders from the U.S., missions were focused on the EMEA region and involved:
- Process mapping in preparation of the Berlin GigaFactory & Model Y release
- Upgrading internal tools with new features to better service the sales & delivery people in Tesla stores
- Customer-facing improvements, e.g. transition the online ordering process to a more self-served experience
- On-the-ground support (operations + logistics) during end of quarter delivery rushes

・Marketplace Intern, Eats (EMEA)
6-month internship based out of Amsterdam (remote + onsite), joining the Courier Growth vertical of the Eats business. Missions were focused on the EMEA region and involved:
- Launching webshops for courier bags in Kenya, South Africa & Italy (RFP draft; vendor selection; website implementation; continuous monitoring)
- Building resilient, user-friendly dashboards to monitor key metrics at EMEA level (Google Sheets + SQL)
- Providing support to local teams for their day-to-day operations (workflow automation, stakeholder alignment…)
Spendesk・May 2019 → Jul. 2019
・Business Operations Intern
3-month internship in Paris, joining the Business Operations team of a fast-growing FinTech (~100 people in 2019). Missions involved:
- Creating internal training material, from product knowledge to financial workshops, to support the sales & customer success team in defending the company's proposition value
- Building an entire knowledge base from scratch (Notion) and defining guidelines for information sharing & creation
- Improving the onboarding processes to prepare for the launch of foreign offices
- Revamping our internal communications channels and further tailor our Slack workspace with plugins & extensions
N26・Dec. 2018 → Sep. 2020
・Campus Ambassador
Collaboration with the neobank N26 to promote their services on my university campus. Missions involved:
- Raising awareness about the brand, through on-site events and peer referrals
- HQ teams back-and-forth communications to provide on-the-ground insights along with other ambassadors
- Supporting the French team in planning N26’s presence to media & startup gatherings (e.g. "Salon des Entrepreneurs" in Paris)
First experience in a startup, back in April 2016 for a duration of two weeks. Though the internship was mostly about obseving the ins-and-outs, I took on a few missions such as:
- Establishing a list of bloggers and social media personalities for future partnerships/collaborations
- Drafting ideas for an internal marketplace of maps to follow (released a few years later!), and contributing to design mockups
